How is our Self constructed and how much of it is our own?
What are we aware of in ourselves, and how much do we not see?
How can we use our life experiences to build a new sense of Self?
How can our Self become a portal to a higher Self and how can we get connected to our center?
How can we access our will and at the same time allow ourselves to be guided and become aligned with a sacred will?

​This workshop will be guided by the questions above.
We will explore these themes using Systemic Constellation.
We will meet once a week for 4 weeks in a small group. Every member will have a chance to set up their own mini-Constellation every week (15 min. snapshot for each person) by setting up representatives from the group and exploring aspects of the Self, its development and its transformation. We will uncover aspects of identity that are limiting as well as those that are liberating and lead toward self-authoring and self-actualization.
The participants will be able to see and understand how these themes pertain to their own life. They will gain valuable insights into their life themes and forces that unconsciously drive them and will have new experiences which will open a possibility for change, growth and healing.
