How can we claim our authentic power and how do we give it away?
What stands in the way of us fully embracing it?
How is our victim identity keeping us from truly stepping into our own power?
How can we rebuild our boundaries after boundary rupture or boundary violation?
In what ways is our Inner Critic keeping us small and powerless?
How can we reclaim what is rightfully ours and grow into strength?

​This workshop will be guided by the questions above.
We will explore themes of authentic power, victim identity, boundaries, Inner Critic and authentic strength using Systemic Constellation.
We will meet once a week for 4 weeks in a small group. Every member will have a chance to set up their own mini-Constellation every week (15 min. snapshot for each person) by setting up representatives from the group and explore aspects of their own authentic power and what stands in the way of their connecting to it and claiming it.
They will be able to see and understand how these themes pertain to their own unique life situation. They will gain valuable insights into their life themes and forces that unconsciously drive them and will have new experiences which will open a possibility for change, growth and healing.
