How can we awaken and embody our creativity and what stands in the way of expressing it?
How can we nurture our creativity in everyday life, work, and relationships?
What is the connection between our creativity, our wounding and healing?
How can we engage the wisdom of becoming older to nurture creativity and what freedoms can we gain?
This 4-week workshop will explore questions mentioned above through Systemic Constellation.
We will be working with themes of creativity in connection to everyday life, work, wounding and healing, getting older, as well as blocks that prevent the creative self to fully express.
We will use representatives to set up snapshots (mini-Constellations), and explore these themes in various ways.
When joining the workshop, you will be able to explore aspects of your own life in connection to your creativity through symbolic language of images and Constellation work.
The participants will have an opportunity to set up their own mini-Constellations and will represent in other people's Constellations. This will allow them to gain valuable insights and have new experiences, which will invite self-reflection, growth, and healing.
