The SoulJourney

What is the difference between an individual session and a group workshop?

In individual sessions, the work is tailored entirely to your personal pacing and immediate needs. We work one-on-one using verbal exploration, bodily tracking (Somatic Experiencing®), or small floor anchors and figurines to map out family dynamics.
In group workshops, we utilize the collective energy of the room. Other participants act as representatives for members of your family system or internal archetypes, allowing you to witness your inner dynamics step alive into three dimensions. Both formats offer profound paths to healing, depending on your comfort level.

How do Family Constellations work in an individual session without a group?

In private sessions, we map out your family system using structural placeholders such as floor mats, cushions, or tabletop objects. By stepping into these spaces or observing them from an objective distance, you can tune into the felt sense of your ancestral lines just as effectively as you would in a room full of people. This setup offers a deeply private, safe space to untangle sensitive systemic themes.

What should I expect during a Somatic Experiencing® session?

Somatic Experiencing® is a gentle, body-oriented approach that does not require you to repeatedly retell or relive your trauma. Instead, we slow down and track the physical sensations in your body (such as tightness, warmth, or changes in breathing). By paying attention to these physical cues at a manageable pace, your nervous system learns to safely discharge trapped survival energy, bringing you back to a state of balance and calm.

What are "Individual Blended Sessions," and am I a good fit for them?

Blended sessions are ideal if you want a dynamic, integrative approach to your growth. Instead of focusing on just one method, we weave the physiological grounding of Somatic Experiencing®, the systemic perspective of Family Constellations, and the archetypal reflections of Jungian depth psychology into a single, cohesive experience. If you find that purely traditional talk therapy hasn't reached the root of your patterns, this multi-layered approach is an excellent fit.

Do I need prior experience with Jungian psychology or art to join the "Images of the Soul" workshop?

Not at all. The Images of the Soul workshop is designed for anyone open to self-exploration, regardless of your background. You do not need any prior experience or knowledge of Carl Jung's work. The workshop guides you step-by-step through accessing the unconscious using symbolic frameworks and constellation dynamics. All that is required is curiosity and a willingness to explore your inner landscape.

Are your individual sessions available online?

Yes. All the individual sessions including Somatic Experiencing® and private Family Constellations transition beautifully to an online format via Zoom. We utilize specialized visual tools and guided somatic tracking to ensure you receive the same deep level of containment, safety, and transformation from the comfort of your own space.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance or process direct insurance billing. All services are offered on a private-pay basis. This approach ensures that our work remains entirely tailored to your unique healing process and timeline, without the clinical constraints or diagnostic requirements often mandated by insurance companies.

What is your cancellation policy?

I maintain a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

How can I book a session or register for a workshop?

All individual sessions and group workshop registrations can be booked directly through the online calendar link on my website. If you are a new client interested in ongoing Individual Blended Sessions, I recommend scheduling an initial consultation first so we can discuss your goals and ensure we are a good fit for working together.
