As a somatic practitioner, Systemic Constellation facilitator and psychology faculty member, my work is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the deep, unconscious landscapes of the psyche to find lasting healing and resilience. True transformation happens when we bridge the mind and the body. By weaving together the physiological safety of Somatic Experiencing®, the systemic insights of Family Constellations, and the symbolic depths of Jungian psychology, I support you in untangling individual trauma and ancestral patterns. ​Life is an unfolding journey - one that continuously calls toward new depths, fresh insights, and an evolved sense of who we are.

When we feel unhappy, unfulfilled, or burdened by unresolved pain, it is often our soul longing for change. This discontent is not a failure; it is a call to action. It invites us to find our true selves and step boldly into our unique destiny.

Along the way, we will inevitably encounter obstacles that require our attention, or arrive at critical crossroads. In those moments, we are asked to find our courage, make a conscious choice, and perhaps embrace the path less traveled.
